REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE:

Licensed real estate broker in the State of Tennessee from January 1996 to December 2000.  Experience includes the sale and preparation of properties at public auction and private sale.

APPRAISAL EXPERIENCE: 

State of Tennessee Residential Trainee from 1996 to April 2003. Certified Residential Appraiser from April 2003 to present.  FHA Approved.  Experience includes preparing written appraisals on real property, small commercial property, industrial property, and for the purposes of condemnation, and divorce and estate settlements.  The appraiser has completed appraisal assignments for the Tennessee Department of Transportation in regard to land acquisition and condemnation projects and assisted homeowners in lawsuits with regard to property value with regard to condemnation projects.  These reports and studies have counseling and preparation of feasibility, marketability, liquidation, as well as rent and lease studies.  These reports have ranged from Form Appraisals to Narrative Reports to Impact Studies.
